If you have a diagnosis such as ADHD, ADD, DAMP or Asperger's syndrome, in most cases it is no problem to get a driving licence, but the Swedish Transport Agency requires you to submit a medical certificate. Together with our specialist doctor, you will go through the questions that the Transport Agency has and then we will send you a certificate describing your condition.
Before your visit, you will need to get supporting documents for the assessment, such as your medical records and previous investigations. Bring all the material to us, it will give you the best chance of getting a good certificate.

Some cases with, for example, severe impulse control disorder or if the condition is combined with addiction or criminality may mean that you are not deemed fit to have a driving licence. Medication of these conditions sometimes occurs with central stimulants, such as amphetamines. If the treatment works well and is managed in the way prescribed by a doctor, this usually means that it will be easier to get a driving licence. Serious so-called cognitive disturbances of attention, judgment or memory may mean that you are not allowed to have a driving licence.
